Job Title: Executive Recruiting Sourcer
Location: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract
Pay Rate: $35.00–$45.00 per hour
Position Overview
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiting Sourcer for a long-term remote contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with a passion for executive search, talent sourcing, and market intelligence. The Executive Search Recruiter will partner closely with executive recruiting leaders to identify, engage, and attract top executive-level talent while supporting critical hiring initiatives.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong sourcing expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple executive search projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities
Executive Talent Sourcing

Source and identify executive-level candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, applicant tracking systems, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, social media, and additional sourcing tools.

Develop and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active executive talent.

Research target companies, industries, and talent markets to support executive search initiatives.

Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence research to identify top talent.
Recruitment Strategy

Partner with executive recruiting leadership to understand hiring priorities and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Provide talent market insights, hiring trends, and competitive intelligence to support recruitment efforts.

Continuously expand knowledge of local and national executive talent markets.

Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and stay current with recruiting trends and best practices.
Candidate Evaluation

Conduct candidate research and due diligence.

Review candidate qualifications, career progression, and leadership experience.

Present qualified executive candidates to the recruiting team.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
Project Management

Support multiple executive search projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.

Prioritize sourcing initiatives based on business needs.

Collaborate with recruiting team members to ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders regarding sourcing progress and market activity.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum of three (3) years of executive-level sourcing or executive recruiting experience.

Experience sourcing passive candidates for leadership and executive-level positions.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Oracle.

Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and internet sourcing strategies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to build and maintain professional working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare executive recruiting or executive search experience.

Experience supporting retained or corporate executive search functions.

Knowledge of talent mapping and competitive market research.

Experience recruiting across multiple functional disciplines.
