Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (Days: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM | Nights: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
Openings: 2 Day Shift | 4 Night Shift
Compensation: $35.00–$49.18/hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
Shift Differential: Available
Overtime: Available
On-Call/Call Back: Required
Position Overview
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) for a 24-hour emergency department in Rock Hill, SC. This role provides emergency nursing care for patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Assess, prioritize, and provide emergency nursing care.

Develop and implement individualized care plans.

Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments safely.

Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly.

Verify physician orders and coordinate diagnostic testing and procedures.

Document patient care accurately in Cerner (Oracle).

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Maintain compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Education
-
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
-
BSN preferred
Licensure
-
Active RN license required
-
Multi-State RN License required for Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) residents or obtained within 30 days of hire
Required Certifications
-
Active BLS at hire
-
ACLS during orientation
-
PALS during orientation
Preferred Certifications
-
ENPC
-
TNCC
-
CEN
Experience
-
Monitor experience or EKG course completion required
-
Emergency Department, Critical Care, or Acute Care experience preferred
