Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a skilled DSCR Loan Processor to join our client's team at Client Charles Walker. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in loan processing, particularly with business-purpose residential loans, DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio), and an interest in DSCR aggregator experience. Experience with hard money lending, knowledge of Texas real estate and lending regulations, and prior experience in a hybrid or remote work environment is essential.

You will work in a hybrid capacity, leveraging your expertise in capital markets and business-purpose residential loans to handle various loan products, including fix-and-flip and construction loans. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage loan applications from submission through to closing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Collaborate with underwriters, borrowers, and third-party vendors to obtain necessary documents and information.
- Analyze and review financial statements, credit reports, and other loan documentation to assess borrower eligibility and loan risk.
- Facilitate the closing process, ensuring all conditions are met and loans are funded promptly.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the loan process.
- Assist in the preparation of loan files for audits and compliance reviews.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes, particularly in capital markets and real estate investment.
- Manage multiple loan files simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan processing, focusing on business-purpose residential loans.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets, fix-and-flip, and construction loans.
- Familiarity with local real estate markets, particularly in Austin, Texas.
- Proficiency in loan processing software and other relevant technology.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hard money lending.
- Knowledge of Texas real estate and lending regulations.
