Location: Fully onsite - Addison, TX 75001
Schedule:
- 3 positions: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
- 1 position: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
- 2 positions: Wednesday - Sunday, 8 AM - 4 PM
Seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our Operations department to provide a high level of support and expertise, ensuring client requests are handled properly from job creation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, willingness to learn, and be eager to advance their career. This role requires flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain job requests submitted by new and existing clients.
- Be readily available to respond, address, and resolve any client issues or requests.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding job status.
- Execute clear definition of customer order-based activities, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Multi-task through email, phone, SMS, or other communication channels with clients.
- Identify and resolve customer issues with discretion while handling sensitive information.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Meet daily service level objectives and goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Communicate with clients and vendors via email, phone, and text.
- Create new inbound job requests via email, phone, and text.
- Update internal tracking systems with job photos, notes, hauler payments, and required documentation.
- Inform clients of delays, completions, and cancellations regarding service requests.
- Research, onboard, and assign new vendors as needed.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to navigate web-based and text programs.
- Dispatching experience is a PLUS.
- Must be willing to work onsite.
- Minimum one year of clerical, customer service, or data entry experience.
- Ability to start and stop tasks while keeping track of progress.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many intricate items to manage.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong critical thinking abilities.
- College degree or equivalent preferred.
