- Evening Shift (Monday to Friday): 2 pm – 10 pm
- Weekend Shift: Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday, 10 am – 6 pm

- Manage and maintain job requests submitted by new and existing clients.
- Respond to and resolve client and vendor inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding job status, delays, completions, and cancellations.
- Execute customer order-based activities, ensuring clear deliverables and outcomes.
- Multitask across various communication channels (email, phone, SMS) to handle client requests.
- Identify and resolve customer issues while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet daily service level objectives and goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors via email, phone, and text.
