Corporate Recruiter

Pay: $32/hr - $42/hr
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Location: Dallas, TX 75254

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for creating and publishing job ads, interviewing candidates, and sourcing new talent. This role requires full-cycle recruitment experience and excellent communication skills. The recruiter will work onsite in North Dallas three days a week and remotely for two days.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers across various departments to define recruitment needs and develop hiring plans.
  • Set hiring goals (e.g., quarterly and annual targets).
  • Track recruitment KPIs, such as time to hire, source of hire, and time to fill.
  • Manage all communication with candidates from application to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews at various stages of the hiring process, including phone screenings, video interviews, and in-person meetings.
  • Utilize skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates.
  • Oversee internal and external communication to ensure the company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (e.g., on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, social media).
  • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates.


Requirements:

  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in North Dallas.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems, including MY HR Oracle.
  • Strong interviewing skills with experience in various interview techniques (e.g., video or panel interviews).
  • Experience with social media recruiting.
  • Understanding of HR practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.


MUST HAVE:

  • Corporate Recruitment experience in areas such as marketing, communications, compliance, IT, accounting, etc.
  • Experience working in large companies (Client has over 100k employees)
  • Strong technical skills, including Excel, Word, MS Teams, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Professional demeanor, as the role involves interaction with executives at the corporate office.
  • Polished presentation and communication skills are crucial.


NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with My HR Oracle (not required; candidates with ATS experience should be able to learn this quickly)
