Job Description
Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring an Account Manager with a marketing firm client in Oklahoma City, OK. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, responsible for fostering strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth opportunities within your portfolio. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing solutions, and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional service. This role is not remote and will be onsite Monday-Friday in Oklahoma City.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to propose tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to address client needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports, presentations, and business reviews to clients, showcasing value and progress.
- Resolve client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Experience working in service industry preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools preferred.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships preferred.
- Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales roles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable plans.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or account management targets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications are a plus.
