Compensation: $30.96–$46.44 per hour

Position Overview
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a high-performing cardiovascular services department in Memphis, TN. This leadership role is responsible for supervising staff, supporting quality patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence within the Cath Lab.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Cath Lab operations and clinical staff.
- Lead hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development.
- Monitor quality assurance, patient safety, and workflow efficiency.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, validation, and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to improve departmental performance.
- Support continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee healthcare license appropriate for Cath Lab practice.
- Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab or cardiovascular services experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred.
