Job Description
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering incoming customer phone calls in a high-paced call center environment. This position is contract-to-hire. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a call center setting, along with fluency in both English and Spanish.
Location: Onsite - Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pmÂ
Salary: $20/hr

Job Responsibilities:
- Â Answers inbound calls and emails from customers regarding concerns and inquiries
- Â Accurate documents in a company system.
- Â Routes calls and e-mails appropriately
- Â Operates accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Â Builds customer service knowledge by taking initiative for learning additional processes.
- Â Consistently meets department metrics.
- Â Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Â College credit preferred.
- Â 1+ years related experience within a call center setting.
-  English/Spanish required.
- Â Excellent oral, written and communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
- Â Flexibility in work hours - including a variable work schedule, occasional nights, holidays, and weekends. (Must be available to work overtime, as dictated by business needs)
- Â Microsoft Office experience
- Â Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Â Ability to de-escalate difficult situations by staying positive and maintaining composure.
