Automation Production Support Specialist

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location: Dallas, TX
Position: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $70k - $100k with a 5% AIP Bonus
No Sponsorship: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
No Corp-to-Corp: This position is for direct W-2 employees only. Corp-to-Corp or third-party agency candidates will not be considered.
Job Overview:
The Automation Production Support Specialist will report to the Automations Manager and is responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the automations across the organization. This position involves validating the inputs, workflows, and outputs of the automations on a daily basis, as well as monitoring their schedules. Given the volume of bots and the time-intensive nature of production tasks, this role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of automation processes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Process Production: Validate inputs, workflows, and expected outputs of automations to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.
  • Bot Monitoring: Ensure all bots are running as scheduled, identifying and addressing any operational issues that arise during execution.
  • Collaboration: Communicate with other members of the RPA team to ensure timely resolution of bugs and improvements to bot processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of production results, bug fixes, and performance issues to ensure clear communication across the automation and production support teams.
  • Other Tasks as Needed: Perform additional duties as required to support the automation department.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in RPA or automation environments.
  • Experience in validating processes, including inputs, workflows, and outputs.
  • Ability to monitor and track schedules, ensuring timely execution and issue resolution.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with the production support and development teams.
  • SQL knowledge required.
  • Flexible mindset preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of UiPath required.
