Account Executive - Non-QM
Job Description
Wheeler Staffing Partners is currently seeking an Account Executive specializing in non-QM (Non-Qualified Mortgage) based in Texas, with the option to work remotely. We are looking for experienced account executives who want to build on their non-QM network of bankers and brokers across the nation and help them close more loans.

Requirements:
- Current Non-QM Wholesale Mortgage experience
- Attention to detail and ability to work quickly
- Knowledge of E-mail marketing
- A person who creates solutions, not problems
- If you are the type of person who sees an opportunity when others see trouble
- Have the drive to make money
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with Mortgage Bankers and Brokers
- Help originate brokered loans to the inside support staff and move loan originations from submissions to closed loans. Your job is to sell, not process!
- Communicate with brokers/staff to ensure coordination of timely receipt of borrower conditions and financial information.
- Work with Senior Management on goals and projections
- Meet or exceed production goals and adhere to reporting requirements.
- NMLS license not required (except Nevada)
- Appreciate the use of technology in the mortgage arena
