Job Description


Human Resources Coordinator
Pay: $24.04 - $31.25 per hour
Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time, On-site

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support a dynamic HR department. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding
    Support all phases of the full-cycle recruitment process including application review, candidate communication, initial interviews, pre-employment screenings, and new hire onboarding. Enter and maintain employee data in the HRIS.

  2. Records and Compliance
    Ensure employee records are properly stored, secure, and compliant with legal standards. Stay current on federal and state laws affecting employee documentation and verify accuracy of HR files.

  3. Benefits Administration
    Assist with benefit programs including medical, dental, life, disability, and leaves of absence. Manage new hire enrollments, process changes, and provide guidance to employees on eligibility and usage.

  4. Policy Support and Legal Compliance
    Stay informed of legislative changes and help implement necessary updates to HR policies and internal procedures.

  5. Employee Engagement and Events
    Help coordinate and execute employee events including celebrations, team-building activities, and company functions to support workplace morale.

  6. Employee Relations
    Serve as a trusted advocate and point of contact for coworkers, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

  7. Administrative Support
    Support the HR team with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, filing, reporting, and managing documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in an HR support role

  • HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required

  • Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices

  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in Vietnamese strongly preferred
