Job Description:
Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a Talent Acquisition Campus Coordinator for a full-time, in-office role in Downtown Dallas, TX. This position supports Intern & New Grad Programs, Diversity Scholarship initiatives, and on-campus engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with campus recruitment programs, including internships, new graduate hiring, and diversity scholarships.
- Organize and manage recruitment materials such as swag, banners, and shipping logistics (no lifting required).
- Maintain and update multiple trackers for campus recruiting activities using Excel (must have prior experience).
- Review resumes, conduct initial candidate conversations, and extend offers for summer interns and new graduate hires.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance social media and employer branding efforts.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or early career hiring.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with HR/TA coordination, including scheduling interviews via Outlook.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (iCIMS preferred) but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and projects simultaneously.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Experience coordinating on-campus events and engaging student talent is a plus.
