Salary: $66,000 - $88,000 | Annual Bonus

The BIM Project Lead is responsible for delivering high-quality, cost-effective shop drawings on schedule, ensuring a seamless transition into fabrication and installation for operations teams. Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the BIM/VDC Manager, Project Management, and Field Leadership to review specifications and contract documents, establishing a project plan within the BIM budget.
- Create annotated installation and layout drawings using knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems, code interpretation, and best practices.
- Work with QA/QC teams and BIM/VDC Managers to identify routing efficiencies and maximize BIM’s value for projects.
- Communicate project plans clearly to internal BIM/VDC team members and outsourcing partners.
- Conduct quality control for all BIM deliverables, regardless of the resource producing them.
- Master BIM/VDC processes, including clash detection, embedded data, and technical communication, ensuring industry-leading coordination and collaboration.
- Adhere to departmental protocols for file management.
- Develop proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, Navisworks Manage, and Bluebeam.
- Collaborate with outsourcing partners to optimize budgets and deliverables.
- Coordinate with the BIM/VDC Manager, Regional BIM/VDC Director, and Regional Operations Team to schedule and deliver Trimble layout drawings, shop drawings, BOMs, fabrication drawings, and as-builts that meet project needs.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 4 to 7 years of BIM experience.
- Advanced knowledge of building systems, codes, fabrication, and installation.
- Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, or Bluebeam.
- Comprehensive understanding of the BIM/VDC process.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with industry trends and competitors.
- Experience leading a small team of 2-3 BIM professionals.
