Direct Hire
Reason: Replacing Current ED
Location:
ADC-200 between all our local branches this includes 3 IPC that are part of a joint venture with Fairview.
Two branches are in Chisago & St. Paul (+ the 3 IPC’s)
MUST have strong executive presence and mgmt. skills.
Will need to enjoy building a strong culture- this location has had a lot of turnover of frontline staff due to our acquisition and we are looking for a leader who can build a strong loyal team.
This will be a hands-on role.  Must have an attitude where they are willing to do anything that is needed- train staff, intake a patient etc.
Salary: $150-$170K Base + 20% Quarterly Bonus.
Hospice management experience preferred but will consider other transferable experience.  Must be in healthcare of course!?
