Your Impact as an IT Support Specialist: In this role, you'll be at the forefront of providing top-tier support, resolving technical issues, and contributing to the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert technical support across a range of IT systems, including servers, workstations, applications, and communication tools.
- Efficiently manage user accounts and access, ensuring secure and streamlined operations.
- Lead in Office 365 and network administration, upholding high performance and reliability.
- Contribute to IT Asset Management, ensuring precise inventory tracking.
- Expertly handle tickets, prioritizing and escalating them as needed, to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Develop and maintain valuable knowledge base articles, guidelines, and training materials to enhance our IT support framework.
What We're Looking For:
- Solid experience with Office 365 Administration and Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Active Directory, Exchange Server/Online, and various networking components.
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management and AV/Video Conferencing Solutions.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MAC OS, iOS, and Android.
- A Bachelor’s degree or a suitable mix of education and experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional customer service and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively share technical information with a diverse audience.
