Job Description
Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring an Electrical Engineer, PE with an engineering client in Little Rock, AR.
Responsibilities:
- Apply standard engineering techniques to design, analyze, test, maintain, repair, or improve electrical products, components, or assemblies.
- Analyze, develop, and evaluate systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.
- Improve and maintain current electrical systems or initiate new projects as needed.
- Design and draft blueprints, conduct field visits to assess systems, and effectively manage projects.
- Perform work under minimal supervision, handling complex issues and referring only the most intricate problems to higher-level staff.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a subordinate group, and may act as a lead or first-level supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- 4-6 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Strong proficiency in REVIT.
- Solid technical skills with familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside the scope of work when necessary.
