Your Role: Sr. Cloud System Engineer As a pivotal part of our IT team, you will administer, manage, and troubleshoot our cloud and on-premises IT Servers, Systems, and Network infrastructure. Additionally, you'll serve as a crucial IT Service Desk escalation point, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch technical support across various IT-related systems, including servers, workstations, applications, and communication devices.
• Efficiently create and manage user accounts and access, ensuring secure and streamlined operations.
• Take charge of Office 365 and network administration, maintaining optimal system performance.
• Play a key role in IT Asset Management, ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
• Skillfully open, track, and prioritize tickets, providing timely follow-ups and necessary escalations to maintain service quality.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, checklists, and procedures to enhance our IT support framework.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years' experience in a similar role
• Azure Infrastructure as a Service, App Service, Azure VDI, and Administration of Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory
• Server Administration skills - Windows Services, IIS, Create Critical Alerts, Health Monitoring, File Shares, Advanced Print Services, etc.
• Intune and Office 365 Administration
• Azure DevOps Administration and Configuration
• MS Exchange Server and Exchange Online
• Azure Administration – Entra ID, Identity & Permissions, Intune (Endpoint Manager), OneDrive, SharePoint, MFA, Universal Print, etc.
• PowerShell Scripting, Remote Management tools
• Networking - LAN/WAN, VLANs, Site-Site VPN, Layer 3 Switches, Routing, Firewalls etc.
• Azure Certifications a plus

• vSphere
• ESXi Server
• VM Ware Experience
• VOiP
• Office 365 Administration

• Active Directory/Azure Active Directory
• Site Replication, Advanced GPOs, domain-wide maintenance scripting, etc. a plus
