Senior Loan Originator – Bridge Loans

Compensation: Two commission-based options:

• Full commission with higher BPS structure
• Guarantee with base BPS

Overview
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Senior Loan Originator for our client. This role is responsible for sourcing, vetting, fostering, and closing bridge loan relationships within the residential real estate Fix & Flip & Ground Up construction space. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in Bridge Loan financing, a strong self-sourced book of business, and a proven ability to generate $3M/month in loan pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close bridge loan borrowers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with real estate investors and developers.
• Obtain all necessary paperwork and financial information from prospective borrowers.
• Report business development and sales activity.
• Meet with new and existing prospects to expand loan originations.
• Help develop and execute business plans with market and competitor analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in residential bridge loans and ground-up construction financing.
• Proven track record in self-sourcing clients and managing a personal book of business.
• Ability to maintain a pipeline of $3M/month.
• Current NMLS number required.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and ability to evaluate asset quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a competitive sales environment.
• Ability to travel as needed.
