Job Summary
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Senior Loan Originator with a minimum of 3 years experience in residential bridge loans and ground-up construction financing. The ideal candidate will have a strong book of business, experience self-sourcing leads, and a track record of closing loans in the Fix & Flip and construction lending sectors. This position is fully remote with occasional travel as needed.

Job Summary
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Senior Loan Originator with a minimum of 3 years experience in residential bridge loans and ground-up construction financing. This position is fully remote with occasional travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Source, develop, and close residential bridge loan opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, borrowers, and clients

Collect and verify borrower financial documentation and loan paperwork

Report sales activity and business development progress regularly

Meet with prospects and existing clients to discuss financing needs

Collaborate on business planning including market and competitor analysis
Required Qualifications
-
3+ years experience in residential bridge loans, DSCR, Fix & Flip, and ground-up construction financing

Proven ability to self-source leads and manage a pipeline averaging $3M+ per month

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Proactive and motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment

Ability to travel occasionally as required
Preferred Qualifications

Established book of business in residential bridge financing

Experience in loan origination with a focus on construction and Fix & Flip loans
