Qualifications:
Excel as a Home Health Physical Therapist
If you meet these criteria, we'd love to hear from you!
- Minimum of nine months' experience as a physical therapist
- Preference for experience in community/home health settings
- Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Current license to practice as a physical therapist in the state of agency operation, compliant with professional standards.
- Valid CPR certification throughout employment in clinical role
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel to all business locations.
